6. Consent Management with Complianz

We use the Complianz software, which is locally integrated into our WordPress website, to manage and document your selections in the consent banner. Complianz stores the consent cookies listed above for this purpose. These cookies are necessary so that your selections are taken into account when you visit subsequent pages and so that consent granted can be verified.

7. Language Settings with WPML

We use WPML, a WordPress plugin from OnTheGoSystems Limited, 22/F, 3 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, to provide our website in multiple languages. WPML stores the selected language in the wp-wpml_current_language cookie.

This information is stored to display the appropriate language version as you requested. The legal basis for accessing your device is Section 25(2)(2) of the TDDDG. The associated processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

8. Google Analytics 4 and Google Consent Mode

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics 4 enables us to statistically analyze the use of our website. In particular, the following data may be processed:

  • pages and content accessed,
  • time and duration of the visit,
  • interactions and events on the website,
  • referrer URL,
  • approximate geographic region,
  • browser, device, and operating system information,
  • technical identifiers, and the IP address.

We use the measurement ID G-2N83XTCB06. To the extent that cookies or similar technologies are used for Google Analytics, this is done based on your consent in accordance with Section 25(1) of the TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

In addition, Google Consent Mode is integrated. Through this, the Google tag receives signals indicating whether you have consented to the use of analytics or marketing technologies. Depending on the technical configuration, technically reduced, cookie-free signals may still be transmitted to Google even if consent is denied. In particular, this may involve connection and device information. Analytics cookies must not be stored if consent for analytics has been denied.

It cannot be ruled out that data may be transferred to Google LLC or other Google companies in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where necessary, standard contractual clauses may also be used.
