Juni 2025 \u2013 Zur\u00fcck \u00fcber den D\u00e4chern Berlins: Nach einer mehrmonatigen Fr\u00fchlingspause meldet sich die Skykitchen im Vienna House by Wyndham Andel\u2019s Berlin eindrucksvoll zur\u00fcck \u2013 und das mit einem doppelten Grund zum Feiern: P\u00fcnktlich zum Re-Opening wurde das Fine-Dining-Restaurant erneut mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnet. Bereits zum elften Mal in Folge w\u00fcrdigt der Guide Michelin die herausragende K\u00fcche und das Gesamterlebnis der Skykitchen \u2013 ein starkes Zeichen f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4t, Konstanz und Leidenschaft. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seit 2014 geh\u00f6rt die Skykitchen zu den festen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen der Berliner Spitzengastronomie. Verantwortlich f\u00fcr die kulinarische Handschrift ist seit 2023 Sascha Kurgan, geb\u00fcrtiger Berliner und erfahrener K\u00fcchenchef.
